Cured salami Lukanka "Starobulgarska"
Made by an old Bulgarian recipe from fresh beef and pork meat, Himalayan salt and preservative sodium nitrate, spices, sugar, antioxidant stabilizer polyphosphates and sodium ascorbate. Does not contain meat substitutes, GMO and gluten. 100g ready product are produced from 185g of fresh meat. The casing of sausage is not edible.
